WHAT TO  COLLECT

PROGRAMME MONTHLY & FOOTBALL COLLECTABLE magazine operates a buyers-assistance service should any  respondent to an advertisement in the magazine be dissatisfied with the products or services supplied by the advertiser. The magazine will contact the errant advertiser on the buyer's behalf, to assist in settlement being made, with the threat of adverse publicity appearing in the WATCHDOG section of the magazine  should that not happen. It should be pointed out that 99.999% of transactions in  the hobby are to the complete mutual satisfaction of both buyer and seller.
